Description

Why see the Gold Coast from the ground when you can see it all from the sky? Departing from Archerfield Airport in Brisbane, this epic 66-minute helicopter flight takes you on a sweeping coastal journey to Surfers Paradise and back -- covering some of the most iconic scenery in South East Queensland along the way. As you head south, the lush green ridgelines of Mt Tambourine and the Gold Coast hinterland unfold beneath you before giving way to the sparkling coastline. Descending to just 500ft, you will track along the famous Gold Coast beaches with the crystal blue surf below and the towering high-rises of Jewel, Q1, and Soul rising up alongside you. Wave hello to the beachgoers as you glide past Australia's most celebrated stretch of sand. Along the way, keep an eye out for Dreamworld and Movie World nestled in the hinterland below. On the return leg, the flight sweeps back over the shimmering waters of Moreton Bay, with sweeping views across to Stradbroke Island to close out an unforgettable journey. Perfect for couples, families, first-time flyers, or anyone who wants to experience the Gold Coast from a completely new perspective -- without even leaving Brisbane.
