Departure times, routes and venue access are subject to aircraft availability, suitable weather, landing permissions and operational conditions. Important Information

• Departures and returns are from V2 Helicopters, Archerfield Airport. Please arrive 15 minutes before your confirmed departure time. Accurate passenger weights, including clothing and shoes, are required before flying. 3 passenger experiences are subject to aircraft weight limitations. Food, drinks and purchases at each venue are not included unless otherwise stated. Routes, venues and departure times are subject to weather, aircraft availability, landing permissions and operational conditions. Passengers must follow all pilot safety instructions throughout the experience. Venue selections may be adjusted depending on availability and landing approvals. If a venue change has been made, travellers can accept the change, move to another date or receive a full refund. In the unfortunate case that we cannot operate, reschedule by 30+ minutes, or remove a core venue due to weather/availability/permissions, travellers can choose to receive a full refund or reschedule.
