Begin your adventure with a transport from Cleveland . Set off on a scenic ferry ride across the sparkling waters of Moreton Bay to a working oyster farm, run by a family with over 17 years of experience. Along the way, discover the evolution of oyster farming and observe the meticulous methods used to cultivate the Australian oysters you know and love. Once at the farm, step into waterproof waders and wade right into the water for an in-water tasting table, where you'll learn to shuck your own oysters and taste them fresher than freshly harvested: straight from the ocean to your hand. Alongside your oyster tasting, enjoy accompanying prawns, and feel free to bring your own alcoholic beverages to pair with the catch.

Important Information

• Please arrive at the Cleveland Terminal office to provide your name and collect your included ticket for the Stradbroke Flyer. The terminal is located at 13–21 Emmett Drive, corner of Middle Street and Emmett Drive, Cleveland. You will then board the Stradbroke Flyer to Dunwich, arriving shortly after your scheduled tour start time. Upon arrival at the Dunwich Ferry Terminal on North Stradbroke Island, our skipper will meet your group and transfer you by boat to our oyster farm experience.
