Description
Discover the natural beauty of Moreton Bay Marine Park on a guided wildlife kayak tour from Cleveland. This 3-hour small-group eco experience takes you across clear tidal waters, seagrass meadows, hidden creeks, and quiet coastal stretches along the Redlands Coast. Set off with an experienced local guide who brings the bay to life with stories about conservation, coastal ecosystems, and the history of the Redlands Coast. As you paddle, travel through wildlife-rich areas such as the Raby Bay to Hilliards Creek corridor, the coastline between Wellington Point and Raby Bay, the calm shores of Coochiemudlo Island, or the mangrove habitat of Tingalpa Creek. Tour locations are selected according to weather and tide conditions to give the best chance of wildlife encounters and the most suitable paddling conditions on the day. Glide over seagrass beds that support dugongs and turtles, pass sandbanks and white sandy shores, and move quietly through waterways where birds feed and marine life surfaces nearby. Some routes may also include an optional swim stop, depending on location and conditions. This is a guided eco experience rather than a kayak hire, with a pace designed to let you fully take in the surroundings. The tour finishes back at the departure point after approximately 3 hours on the water.Includes
