Prepare to dine like never before at Australia's first vertical restaurant, Vertigo. Dine four stories above the ground and be taken on an epic gastronomic journey as you overhang the iconic Brisbane Powerhouse. After donning your safety harnesses and climbing into your seats, soak up the sky-high city views at golden hour. You will then be served a delicious meal crafted by the talented Bar Alto chefs using local ingredients and matched with delicious wine. After the conclusion of your meal, descend the 17-metre-high facade via a thrilling dropline, or you can choose to walk back through the Brisbane Powerhouse. This is truly a dining experience like no other, combining amazing food and heart-pounding excitement. All bookings must pre choose their Main and Dessert options at time of booking along with advising of any dietary requirements. Main Meal Options: * Brodetto Adriatic seafood stew with hand made bucatini, Moreton bay bugs, local prawns, calamari, spring bay mussels, in a saffron bisque, served with fresh basil * Roman gnocchi Hand-rolled potato gnocchi, braised spiced duck, jus, cultured butter, grated pecorino Romano cheese, served with sourdough pangrattato ( golden fried bread crumbs in extra virgin olive oil ). * Free-range chicken piccata Free-range chicken breast, shallow fried in an egg and parmesan batter, fried sage, local exotic mushrooms sautéed in cultured butter, grated parmigiano reggiano cheese. * Pumpkin Gnudi Roasted pumpkin and ricotta gnudi( type of gnocchi), sautéed local exotic mushrooms, brown butter and sage (vegetarian, vegan available on request) Dessert Options: * Panna Cotta Almond milk panna cotta served with berries. * Death By Chocolate Flourless chocolate torte, hazelnut cream.

• Dress code: To ensure your safety and comfort while dining, it is requested that you wear shorts or pants (avoid skirts or dresses due to the harness) along with closed-toe, rubber-soled, comfortable shoes, as there will be some climbing involved during the experience. While the provider understands your desire to look your finest during the Vertigo experience, they request that you avoid wearing necklaces, dangling earrings, and bangles for your safety and comfort. Please tie back long hair for safety. Guests must weight between 25kg and 120kg and be over 110cm in height Minimum age is 10 years All participants are required to read and sign an Indemnity Form All guests over 18 will be required to produce ID as proof of age Guests must have a blood alcohol level of 0.00% at the start of your experience Vertigo is not physically demanding but you must be able to climb 100 stairs to reach the roof level All guests must pre choose their Main and Dessert options at time of booking.
