Come to the meeting point to start your tour. First, head to Post Office Square in the middle of the city. See Brisbane GPO, a heritage-listed building that is still in use as a post office. Learn about its history and then continue to the Cathedral of St Stephen, a historic Catholic church. Afterward, follow your guide around Brisbane City Botanic Gardens. Stroll around the bamboo grove, which contains 23 different species of bamboo. Admire this green space in the center of the city. Following this, go to the Old Government House and then go to the Queensland Parliament. Arrive at Reddacliff Place, a public space that hosts local markets.
